Renovation of the Bassan town hall and creation of a restaurant

This project combines several interventions on existing buildings, with a key focus on compliance with current standards.

  • Community center (“Maison des associations”) : We stepped in for the complete retiling, the creation of a fire-rated system, and the installation of Velux skylights, enhancing comfort, safety, and natural light throughout.

  • Creation of a restaurant : We completed the full kitchen setup, coordinating all trades, including specific technical work related to health and safety standards. This included the installation of an in-floor grease trap.

  • The dining room was also fully designed and fitted out:
    • Flooring installation,
    • Lime paints and plasters,
    • Electrical system brought up to code,
    • Plumbing layout redistribution,
    • Tiling installation,
    • Fire-rated plasterboard partitions and fire doors.

This project required rigorous coordination and special attention to standards compliance to deliver a space that is functional, secure, and welcoming.
